At Moose Coaching, we want you to be fully satisfied with your training gear and equipment. If your purchase doesn't help you reach your peak performance, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Moose Coaching account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused sports gear in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
